May Luncheon

Our May meeting, which is typically a luncheon, was lovely this year. It was held at the Temple Terrace Country Club; each table was decorated with an Italian flag and a grouping of small vases with fresh flowers. As part of the decorations, our hospitality chair created a photo corner with beautiful flowering plants that created an opportunity to have our picture taken with friends.

The highlight of our time together was the installation of our Board for this coming year. Our outgoing president officiated in the ceremony, reviewing the responsibilities of each Board member as they accepted their position. The new installed president, Gayle Mohr, has set “Bees” as the new theme for the upcoming club year which begins in August. Gayles was also the recipient of our 2023-24 Outstanding Service Award. Congratulations, Gayle!
